2. Scope of services and non-medical wellness

Our studio services and classes are wellness and fitness-oriented activities. They are not medical treatment and do not replace medical diagnosis, advice, or care. If you have a medical condition, pregnancy, or doubts about physical activity, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

3. Booking, participation, and attendance

By booking and/or attending a class, you agree to follow studio rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements. You are responsible for your own readiness and ability to participate.

• Arrive on time; late arrival may result in limited participation.
• Notify us in advance if you need to cancel (where applicable); studio may apply its class policy.
• We may refuse participation for safety reasons or if conduct violates these Terms.

4. Payment and refunds

Prices and payment methods available at the time of booking apply. Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation terms (if any) are set out on the booking page or the confirmation you receive. If no specific terms are provided, the parties’ rights and obligations are governed by applicable Ukrainian consumer protection rules, including Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

5. Disputes and complaint handling

If you have a complaint related to the service, contact us using the channels listed in Section 1. We will review your complaint and respond in a way that is accessible and fair to you. This reflects the online consumer-protection framework under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

We may send transactional messages required for your booking and account (if applicable).
